- Monday- Homemade Pizza
- Tuesday- Cafe Rio Burritos
- Wednesday- Grilled Chicken & Vegi Kabobs
- Thursday- Chicken Stir-fry
- Friday- Pull Pork Sandwiches (using left-over pork from burritos) With this salad
- Saturday- Nachos
- Sunday- Roast
*Some dessert and breakfast items include....
Orange Rolls, Oatmeal Carmelitas,

I am going to try those burritos, they look really good.
Wow, you are organized! I wish I was better about meal planning, I'll have to remember to check your blog for ideas. :) We also do a version of Cafe Rio burritos and I've got a really good rice recipe we use for it, with chicken broth, cilantro, & chiles. I'll send it over in an email to you.
